- Instagram Graph API (Meta Platforms, Inc.): Used to distribute clips to Instagram accounts you have authorized. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy and Instagram's Platform Terms.
- TikTok Content Posting API: Used to distribute clips to TikTok accounts you have authorized. Subject to TikTok's Privacy Policy and Platform Terms.
- OpenAI API: Used to generate AI-powered metadata (titles, captions, hashtags) for processed clips. Content submitted to OpenAI is subject to OpenAI's usage policies.
We do not share your personal information with these services beyond what is necessary to perform the requested operations.
5. Data Storage and Security
All data processed by the Service is stored on private infrastructure under our control. We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect your data including:
- Encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
- Regular security reviews of infrastructure and access patterns
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain processed video files and associated metadata only as long as operationally necessary. Specifically:
- Processed clips are retained for a rolling period to support review and distribution workflows
- Account and usage data is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter
- OAuth credentials are stored securely and deleted upon account termination
Upon termination of service, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days unless we are required to retain it for legal compliance purposes.
